Michael  Ketogenic diet, on the other hand, is all about getting your body into ketosis, which most people can do with less than 50 grams a day of carbs. Ketogenic and ketosis simply means that we turn our bodies into fat burning mechanisms instead of using carbs for fuel. This helps those of us that need to lose weight as an added benefit.
