Blood sugars controlled consistently and A1C 4.8!!! All thanks to this group, this WOE and the no nonsense attitude of the admins here. Huge THANK YOU.
(Bailee deserves a congrats too. She lost 20lbs and doesn't limp from her elbow dysplasia anymore
