Just a few observations from today’s posts.
Not everyone can follow this WOE, and that’s OK. There are many different ways to tackle this disease. Not everyone has to agree with these methods, but if we agree to learn and follow this WOE, then we should respect the people who are here trying to help. If you find this WOE doesn’t work for you, then leave and hopefully you can find something that does work for you.
Calling people out as “being rude” because they try to correct you is not cool. The group here is strict. There are strict lists that we follow. We don’t waver. That’s why it works. I’m proof. I started following this WOE in February 2020. I went from 10.7 A1C to 5.2 in 3 months. Lost 35 lbs and still at that weight loss. A1C is still around 5.2. I’ve been off all diabetic medication since late February of 2020. It works for me. It works for many people in here. We need to correct people when they give inaccurate information pertaining to our WOE.
When I first started here, I read and learned everything that I could about this WOE. I think it would be a disservice to new members reading a post that have ingredients and food items that are not compliant and therefore being mislead.
I myself, did my homework and confirmed their teachings with “outside information”. These moderators and senior members know what they’re talking about.
They definitely changed my life for the better
